We understand that purchasing digital services online can be challenging, especially when you first contact us. That’s why we openly and honestly explain what you can expect when working with our service.
Guarantee for the entire subscription term
We guarantee correct delivery of the paid service and its functionality throughout the entire paid subscription period, including subscriptions of 6 months or more.
If a subscription stops working early, we refund the unused days proportionally. Calculation: amount paid for the subscription × unused days ÷ total days in the paid period. No additional 20% deduction or fees apply.
The unused period starts on the confirmed date the subscription stopped working. Restoring or replacing the subscription instead of a refund requires your agreement. The exception is termination caused by a confirmed violation of the service rules by the buyer.
Data Security
To perform the operation, only the technical token or service data necessary to activate the service is used.
We do not request or store account passwords, nor do we share data with third parties. All transactions are carried out in compliance with the basic principles of security and confidentiality.

Appeals are reviewed as soon as possible, and support remains in touch until the issue is completely resolved.
Two different refund situations
Order not fulfilled through our fault: we refund the full amount paid for the order, without deductions. A 20% deduction does not apply to an error on our part.
Voluntary cancellation by the buyer before activation: only actual, documented expenses for that order may be deducted, capped at 20% of the amount paid. If there were no expenses, the refund is full; there is no automatic deduction.
Contact support with your order number. The procedure, unused-day calculation and timeframes are explained in the refund policy. The buyer’s statutory rights remain unaffected.
